E-Shelle is a SaaS e-commerce platform for SMEs in Cameroon. The service is provided by E-Shelle, with its registered office at Bepanda, Douala, BP 4241, Littoral, Cameroon.

Using the service

Users must provide accurate account and business information, protect their login credentials, and use E-Shelle in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of third-party services they connect. Users are responsible for the products, services, content, customer communications, and permissions associated with their accounts.

WhatsApp integrations

When a business connects its own WhatsApp Business Account, it remains responsible for that account, phone number, customer consent, message content, approved templates, and Meta charges. E-Shelle provides integration tools but does not guarantee approval by Meta, message delivery, or business results. WhatsApp features may depend on Meta's availability, requirements, and policies.

Plans, availability, and support

Features and limits depend on the active subscription plan shown in the service. E-Shelle may update or suspend a feature when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or changes to an integrated provider. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material service changes.
